The position of Head of Molecular Biology at ARTES Biotechnology GmbH is successfully filled by Dr. Ruth Maas.

Dr. Ruth Maas joined ARTES in May 2020 and since September this year she is heading the department of Molecular Biology. Ruth Maas holds a PhD from the Department of Microbiology/Biotechnology of the University Tübingen and has almost 30 years of experience with recombinant expression technologies in different microbial host systems. Before joining ARTES, she was involved as a Cofounder and Manager in various positions in two biotechnology start-up companies, Pharmacelsus GmbH and Autodisplay Biotech GmbH.
